Adding Your Listing

There are currently two types of listing:

Standard Listings

Standard Listings are offered free of charge to all organisations, businesses and people meeting our Inclusion Criteria.

Complementary & holistic health practitioners and centres may also add a standard listing at the cost of £45.00 per 12-month subscription.

Standard Listings include the following information:

• Name of organisation/project/individual
• Address
• Telephone
• Mobile
• Email
• Website
• Nearest Tube/Train stops plus closest Bus route (if relevant or appropriate)
• Keywords - chose up to 10 keywords
• Description (200 words max)
• Accreditations & Memberships
• Single category (view Categories)
• Location Map

There is no time limit for Free Standard Listings.

Paid-for Standard Listings will normally appear online for 12 months, after which they will be deleted unless a new subscription is purchased.

Standard Listings are listed in the relevant section of the Directory, and will be listed alphabetically.

Enhanced Listings

Enhanced Listings are available to organisations, businesses and people meeting our inclusion criteria, and cost £105.00 for a 12-month subscription.

An Enhanced Listing includes the following:

• Details of Standard Listing as above
• An additional 300 words for description (total 500 words)
• Logo - displayed on teaser and on Listing page
• Three Pictures
• Three Attached PDF Files (3mb each max)- such as menus, brochures, reports, price list, etc
• Five social network links - such as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Five Categories - an enhanced listing will appear in up to five categories within the Directory(view Categories)

In addition:

• Enhanced Listings appear first at the top of each section, ahead of Standard Listings, and with logos in teasers (Standard Listings do not include logos)
• Enhanced Listings are listed in all five relevant sections of the Directory, and will be listed alphabetically
• When you take an Enhanced Listing, you also receive one free Job Advert worth £59.00 (plus VAT) as part of the subscription

Enhanced Listings will normally appear online for 12 months. After 12 months, an Enhanced Listing will revert to a Standard Listing, if the organisation is entitled to a Free Standard Listing, or be removed from the online Directory.

Enhanced Listings are displayed in alphabetical order.

Currently, we are offering Enhanced Listings for 15 months at the price of 12 months.

Please note...

If you miss the deadline for one of the print editions you should still add your listing as the online directory will be updated regularly.

Inclusion in the Green Guide does not constitute an endorsement by us of any kind and the editor's decision is final as to inclusion.

Only Standard listings will appear in any printed edition of the Green Guide - Enhanced Listings will not appear in printed directories.

We reserve the right to edit entries or omit those we deem unsuitable. We have a house style for the listings so your entry may altered to fit that.
