Rannoch Smokery is a family-run, dedicated meat and game smoker based in the Scottish Highlands committed to producing the finest smoked products at the highest possible quality in a way that does not compromise the environment, uses sustainable raw material and only necessary additional ingredients.

Wild red deer used to produce Rannoch Smokery’s award-winning smoked venison, roam freely across the glens and bens of Scotland. It is the ultimate in natural, free-range food with a visible chain of preparation from hillside to plate.

Natural smoking is one of the oldest ways to preserve food and Rannoch Smokery’s products therefore have a long natural shelf life achieved without the addition of chemical preservatives.
