National Association for Environmental Education (UK)

The National Association for Environmental Education (NAEE) supports and promotes environmental education (EE), providing advice and practical ways of delivering EE via the curriculum to teachers. NAEE also shares good practice through the production of the termly journal Environmental Education. We promote the need for and the relevance of EE, as well as children's right to it, with an aim to reignite the environmental spark in the curriculum. By better understanding of their local environment, children gain a sense of place and identity and can develop an awareness of why living sustainably is important - EE is at the heart of this.

Visit us on facebook - - for access to relevant information and resources across all areas of EE as well as news on upcoming events and recent developments in the field. By becoming a member of NAEE, you will receive 'Environmental Education' free of charge and be a part of a national network of environmental educators.
