Wild Meadow

Description

Escape to a Shepherd's Hut - explore, relax, unwind.

The Accommodation
The Shepherd's hut, settled on top of the slope, gives you far reaching views across the valley. Inside, the hut has electricity (supplied by photo voltaic panels) and lights - along with a double deluxe mattress for a perfect night's sleep. It is well insulated and has a wood burning stove for all year round toastiness.

For cooking, settle into the slow lane and stroll down to the kitchen garden to gather ingredients. Create your culinary delights in the outdoor kitchen using gas hob & grill. Or cast yourself back into a simpler age and cook around the fire.

The Area
East Radnorshire has the highest density of bridleways & legal green lanes in Britain. Here you can travel across miles of open hill, moorland & single tracks with the buzzards & red kites soaring above. There are also lots of popular market towns to discover in the area - Presteigne, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye to name a few...

Pick up from train or bus stations can be arranged with good notice. Nearest shops are a short walk across a few fields so a holiday without a car is easy.
