Forum MA in Leadership for Sustainable Development - Applications now OPEN

This unique programme combines work-based learning with expert tuition, group learning and project work, reflective practice and skills development. Students graduate with up-to-date, real-world knowledge of sustainability solutions and the capacity to develop as the type of leader needed to make the world more sustainable.

Key course features:

  • Track record of ~90% post-study employment rates
  • Six months practical experience, comprising four different work placements with Forum’s partner organisations. Projects in public, private and non-profit sectors provide first-hand insights and invaluable work experience. 2013 placement organisations included: Marks and Spencer, Unilever, Triodos Bank, Good Energy, Friends of the Earth, Sainsburys, DEFRA, Islington Council, Fairtrade Foundation, Ecover, Welsh Government, Scotland’s 2020 Climate Group… and many more!
  • Small group learning, as part of a select group of only 12 in the programme
  • Group project work to develop and pitch ideas for real-life sustainability enterprises
  • Skills-based modules - including leadership development - delivered by experts
  • Tuition from a diverse group of experts and practitioners, including leaders like Jonathon Porritt and Professor Tim Jackson
  • Close support and guidance from tutors, placements supervisors and a tight knit alumni network
