Bees for Development

Description

Bees for Development is a charitable trust that assists bee-keepers living in poor and remote areas of the world - lifting them out of poverty through bee-keeping. We work with individuals, trainers, community groups and associations, raising the profile of apiculture in developing countries to ensure a sustainable future for bees, people and the environment.

BfD publishes a quarterly magazine, organises and runs training courses, implements projects in developing countries, offers consultancy services, provides information and publications on all aspects of bees and beekeeping and welcomes UK supporters. UK Registered Charity No 1078803.
