Cambridge Re-Use collects furniture and electrical goods donated by the general public and sells them on at low cost to individuals and families struggling on a low income. Single households earning under £18,000 and couples earning under £23,000 are eligible to become a customer. The charity offers a wide range of good quality household items. London Community Resource Network

Description

A registered charity that works to make community-based sustainable waste management the preferred solution – financially, socially and environmentally – for the people of London. To achieve this, London CRN is dedicated to supporting, promoting and representing organisations engaging in community recycling and encouraging and assisting local authorities to integrate community recycling into their waste services. Currently, London CRN is working with a wide range of partners on projects including: washable nappies, social enterprise procurement, composting and furniture/appliance reuse.
