Being exhibited for the first time outwith the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, ‘Remarkable Trees’ features images taken by this pioneering Scottish amateur photographer, botanist and social historian in the late nineteenth-century. A vibrant programme of talks and activities for families and adults accompanies the exhibition.

Event Description

Discover the variety of animals living in the Forest and find out how they move around and hide. How well can you impersonate your favourite? Please note that while siblings of all ages are welcome to join us, the activities are aimed at children aged 5-11. Make sure to bring appropriate clothing and footwear in case the ground is muddy, and plenty of enthusiasm.
