Event Description

In this session Mark Saich of Green Building Solutions looks at Part L - Existing Dwellings

This session takes a critical exploration through the current and proposed approved document L1B (extensions, conversions and renovations) and associated guidance to look at what is required to achieve compliance with the building regulations and how to design and build low energy, healthy, fully compliant residential refurbishments fit for the 21st century. Along the way Mark will highlight solutions and pitfalls through worked examples/case studies.
