In this session Brian Murphy of GreenSpec® looks at Resource Efficient Design...

GreenSpec® founder Brian Murphy will take delegates through the process of resource efficient design including avoiding building material shortages in the future, effective specification of materials to avoid waste and reuse of all materials at the end of their life.

Brian will introduce a set of adoptable design principles and illustrate them with examples of their implementation and introduce sources of information e.g. Design to Reduce Waste, Design for Deconstruction, Design to Reuse Reclaimed.
