Learn to make real artisan bread with your own hands, using the wood fired oven in our farmhouse kitchen - converted to a baking studio with a magnificent view of the Pentland Hills. In a small group, you'll be guided through the stages of kneading, shaping, rising and baking by Andrew Whitley, the baker and campaigner who is 'changing the way we think about bread'.

You'll leave with an impressive basket of loaves - and the skill and confidence to make nutritious, digestible, tasty bread for years to come.
