Event Description

If you’re keen to get your little one(s) outdoors this summer and re-connected with food and the natural world then this Farm Explorers activity day is just the ticket!

We have limited spaces for five to eight year olds to join us and we will be exploring the bountiful fields of The Community Farm in Chew Magna, harvesting crops and preparing pizzas in our wood-fired oven to share for lunch. We’ll then spend the afternoon playing games on the fields and taking on the role of mini-explorers as we get up close with some mini-beasts on the farm and have a go at pond-dipping.
