Event Description

Set in a stunning woodland in Chew Stoke, this summer we’ve got something special. If your kids are aching to get outdoors, get muddy and get creative then here’s their chance.

Children will have the opportunity to explore the wonder of the forest, cook over a camp-fire, use simple hand-tools to make musical instruments from the forest, play games and get muddy! It is the perfect summer holiday antidote to the school classroom.

Please note there are no toilets on site so please be aware that children will be going to the toilet ‘al fresco’, albeit in privacy.

Claire Rosling from Earthwise will be running the sessions along with a volunteer. Claire is Forest School Level 3 qualified, First Aid trained and CRB checked.

All volunteers present are also CRB checked. Claire also runs educational visits to The Community Farm.
