PLUSBUS

Description

PLUSBUS is a cheap bus pass that you buy with your train ticket at any National Rail station ticket office or online. It gives you unlimited bus and tram travel (on participating operators services) to and from the rail station and around the whole urban area of the rail served town. You can buy one for the start of your journey and/or for the end of it. PLUSBUS is available for 290 rail-served towns and cities across Britain.

PLUSBUS is accepted for travel on services of over 200 bus companies across Britain and on trams in Birmingham, Blackpool, Nottingham, Sheffield and Wolverhampton.

Its very convenient: you can buy your train and PLUSBUS tickets together in one transaction for a complete door-to-door journey. PLUSBUS tickets are printed on National Rail ticket stock. They have '+BUS' printed after the name of the town for which they are valid.

PLUSBUS is cheaper than the cost of driving and parking at the station, or paying for a taxi. Adult PLUSBUS fares start from £2 a day. Railcard holders (like students) get 33% off PLUSBUS day ticket prices. Children (under 16's) get 50% off.
