The very first Green Guide appeared as a directory for West London in 1994. Since then a further 22 editions have been published. We hope to produce a few new books during 2012.

The Green Guide was originally created by Emma Hiwaizi. Emma edited the first three editions but is no longer involved with the Green Guide.

The database has been published online since 1998.
