Friends of Queens Wood

Description

Queen's Wood is an area of Ancient Woodland dating from at least 1600. Situated in North London on Muswell Hill and Highgate borders (N6 and N10). Mainly an oak and hornbeam wood, it also contains more than 50 species of flowers and ferns. Friends of Queen's Wood (FQW) is a local voluntary group which does conservation and management tasks in the wood. Monthly working parties are held on last Sunday of each month. Sandbag
