Description

Boyton Farm uniquely sells their renowned Tamworth pork, bacon and sausages, Sussex beef and local breeds of lamb direct from the farm at The Ginger Piggery. The beef and lamb are reared on conservation downland and water meadows. Apart from the bacon, there is no processing using chemicals - it may shorten the shelf life but it enhances the quality of these unique products.

All cuts are available from our resident butcher who hangs the beef and lamb whole, before starting to cut the meat into joints, curing hams and bacon and making sausages. Read more »
