Sustainable Fish Cities

Description

Sustainable Fish Cities is a campaign by Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming.

The campaign aims to get restaurants, business, schools, hospitals, care homes, prisons, staff canteens and any other places serving fish outside the home to sell only demonstrably sustainable fish. We ask that they:

  1. Avoid the worst (avoid species rated as 5 by the Marine Conservation Society, or endangered species such as eel)
