Description

Co-operative lending society with 8,800 members/investors in the UK. Lends money on fair terms to enable Third World producer groups involved in fair trade to buy raw materials and pay for labour before goods are shipped. Members can invest a minimum of £100 and maximum of £20,000. A modest rate of interest is paid to investors.
