Please note that while we are updating and testing our new online directory the older version will not be available online. Please continue to add your listings and send us details of any changes and amendments to existing entries. Although these will not appear immediately online, they will be added to our main database. The new and updated version, with all new entries, will appear online when the new directories in 2008 have been published.

New listings added will also appear in relevant printed Green Guides. Publication of these commences in March 2008 with the London and Scotland editions. For publication details see Catalogue & AIs

The Green Guide Directory

There are currently more than 12,400 entries in the Green Guide Directory which makes it probably the largest and most comprehensive resource of green, sustainable and planet-friendly goods, services and organisations in the UK.

Apart from the vast range of green suppliers and organisations listed, one thing that makes the Green Guide so unique and useful is that the listings are regularly checked and updated. Every listing in the database will have been checked - and if necessary corrected - within the last 18 months, and more likely within the last 9 months.

In March 2006 we began a process of checking the listings every six-twelve months, which means that you will be able to find what you want more quickly, and waste less time chasing dead ends.

We will soon launch a new version of the online database with an improved search function and user interface, quicker responses, much more content and updates on a daily basis. Listings owners will have more control over their entry and will be able to make frequent updates.

We do our best to get things right but cannot guarantee that everything in the database is totally up-to-date - so do let us know if you find any listings which need a change.
